Belgium’s FSMA Flags Six Unauthorized Crypto Providers as MiCA Enforcement Begins

Belgium’s financial regulator FSMA issued a warning to consumers about six unauthorized crypto-asset service providers that were added to its fraudulent CASP list shortly after the EU’s MiCA transitional period ended, indicating these providers were operating without proper authorization under the new EU crypto regulation.

European Airlines Sit on €3.2 Billion in Unpaid Passenger Delay Compensation

European airlines have failed to pay billions in passenger compensation for flight delays as required under EU261/2004 regulation. Analysis by the Financial Times shows that since 2011, €18 billion in compensation has been due to passengers, but only a small portion has actually been paid, leaving €3.2 billion currently unpaid.
