Borsa Istanbul Restructures Benchmark Indices, Removing Quarter of Main Index Constituents
The Istanbul Stock Exchange has implemented a restructuring of the stock market, revising the rules for entry into its flagship indices. As a result, about 25% of the companies that were part of the main index have been excluded. The changes were welcomed by investment advisers.
