Digi Spain Telecom made its debut on the Spanish stock exchange with an IPO priced at 5.60 euros per share, resulting in a market capitalization of approximately 1.662 billion euros. The company placed 17.3% of its capital and is backed by major shareholders including Mayoral. This is the second IPO on the Spanish exchange in 2026, following TSK.
