EasyJet Agrees In Principle to £5 Billion Takeover Offer from US Investment Firm Castlelake
UK budget carrier EasyJet agreed in principle to a takeover offer of more than £5 billion from US firm Castlelake. The bid was Castlelake’s fifth attempt after weeks of negotiations between the two parties.
