German Rental Market Surges in Q2 While Property Purchase Prices Remain Subdued
A new study by the Institut der deutschen Wirtschaft (IW) shows that offered rents increased significantly in Q2 2024 in Cologne and Hamburg, whereas residential property purchase prices showed only modest growth.
