Kraken Launches Tokenized Jersey Mike’s Shares, Expanding Retail Access to IPO Allocations
Kraken, the cryptocurrency exchange, launched a service that lets retail investors buy tokenized shares of the Jersey Mike’s restaurant chain’s initial public offering. The tokenized shares are fully collateralised by the actual stock, and the offering is open to eligible US users as well as customers in over 110 countries worldwide.
