Proofpoint Secures $1.25 Billion Debt Financing for Varonis Acquisition
Proofpoint, backed by private equity firm Thoma Bravo, arranged a $1.25 billion debt package with JPMorgan and Swiss bank UBS to finance its takeover of fellow cyber‑security company Varonis Systems.
