Prosus Seeks EU Waiver on Delivery Hero Share Divestiture Requirement
Prosus NV has requested that the European Union remove the mandatory divestiture requirement of its shares in Delivery Hero SE, which was imposed as a condition for approving Prosus’s acquisition of another delivery platform under EU antitrust rules.
