Huobi Global S.A., operator of the HTX cryptocurrency exchange, has been sanctioned by the UK over allegations of facilitating Russia-linked financial flows through a shadow network known as ‘A7’. New analysis indicates the exchange processed approximately $7.6 billion in high-risk Russia-linked transactions.
